Although most people associate tricycles with children, trikes are also available for adults. We sell tricycles to elderly riders who no longer feel comfortable riding a two-wheeler, people with disabilities, and those who never learned to ride a standard bicycle.

Trailmate DeSoto

Trailmate EZ-Roll Regal

We sell Trailmate adult tricycles. Our most popular model is the Desoto ($420), and we usually have one of these in stock. The EZ-Roll Regal is slightly more expensive ($510). It is similar to the DeSoto, but features a nicer seat with a some back support, and is also adjustable (You move the pedals closer to or farther away from the seat). Both models have these features:

250 pound load capacity
High rise handlebars
Parking Brake
Chain guard
Front fenders
Rust-proof rear basket
Low, step-through design for easy access

The DeSoto is available with 20", 24" or 26" wheels, while the EZ-Roll Regal is available only with 24" wheels. There are also several options available with the Desoto & EZ-Roll Regal:

Heavy-duty 24" x 2.125" tires
Solid tires
Coaster Brakes
3-speed
Rear fenders
Mag wheels

Trailmate offers a number of other adult tricycles that we can order for you, including a side by side tandem model. If you live outside of central Indiana, we can have one shipped to you. You have two options:

We can ship it to you unassembled by UPS. Putting it together is not easy, and we don't recommend it for the rookie mechanic (It takes Roy about an hour, but he has been assembling bikes for 30 years).
We can ship it to you factory assembled by truck. There is a $55 assembly charge, and the shipping will be more expensive.
